IRA CONDICT,  3rd president of Queens College, now Rutgers University, was the son of Daniel Condict, of Samuel Condict, of PeterCundict/Condict, of John Cunditt/Condict the ancestor to America from Wales, from England, from Normandy, France ( of Norman descent on his Condict gravestone in Newark, New Jersey).

He was married to Sarah Perine, daughter of Henry Perine of Freehold, NJ, and they had eight children, with three dying in infancy.  One of his favorite quotes (1916 book @ page 19) was:  Prepare for the life to come; you may be of the righteous who shall meet with the saints of God."
